Nous sommes soulagés d’annoncer que les travaux vont FINALEMENT démarer cette semaine ! La menuiserie et des travaux d’éléctricité vont commencer et nous nous réjouissons de bientôt donner quelques couches de peinture à notre nouvelle cuisine.
Pendant ce temps, nous nous occupons d’autres aspects du commerce afin que nous puissions ouvrir le plus rapidement possible. Il nous faudra en plus environ une semaine pour adapter les recettes au nouveau four. Nous pensons donc ouvrir autour du 25 novembre.

We're relieved to announce that the renovation work on the space is FINALLY starting this week! Some carpentry and electrical upgrades are in the works, and we’re looking forward to putting a couple coats of paint into our new kitchen!
In the meantime, we've been busy developing other aspects of the business, so after the work is done we'll just need a week or so to fine-tune the products to the new oven, and we'll be ready to go! A final launch date will be set in the coming two weeks, but you can expect around Nov 25th.
